As I stare into the wilderness,
In the silence of the night;
Your lovely thoughts surround me,
Suddenly the dark night seems so bright.

The heart fills up with cheer,
As your warmth grows inside me;
The solace of the silent night,
Arouses the passion within me.

I yearn to see those lovely eyes,
That so subtly pierces my heart;
I yearn to kiss those soft lips;
That never knew we would be so far apart.

Your breath still seems to whisper,
Your touch still seems to make me feel alive;
Your words still ring in my ears,
Was it for real, or was I too naïve?

And not so lonely in this silent night
